A couple of points 1) we are in need and don't want to make ourselves less competitive by offering something that pushes people to AAR. 2) We want people who are lifers and will better the group. 3) We will be far less lax on removing folks that don't fit. Generally speaking, we have known well in advance who the problems may be.
